Tzipora Hoynik is a Los Angeles jewelry artist and the maker behind Opal Girl. She has been creating since childhood and has spent around forty years making and selling jewelry, following the pull of color, stones, and her own creative instincts.
Her work is bold, richly textured, and full of life. Tzipora builds her pieces through layers of gemstones, silver, gold, stamped details, and embellishment, often letting the stones lead the way. She has a love for color that runs through everything she makes and a way of filling a surface that feels joyful, generous, and completely her own.
